Project Lore's Dr. Dorkins sinks his teeth into this episode of Achievementology. Maybe now he'll appreciate not scarfing down his food. Stay tuned and watch what Zand has in store for you.

this is definitely one of the best acheivementologys so far lots of very useful informationz
I will say this Zand I like your style with the episodes you do no matter what it is,you do a very good job,but as for these Achievements,ya they are there but what are they really good for???
Well, you get points for doing achevements so, i hope Blizzard adds some kind of rewards you can get with the points. But, there are only a limited amount of achievements to complete so, there's only so many points you could get.
I think they're just there for players to have another thing to work for in-game. My Hunter is 80 and an active raider. Whenever i'm not raiding, achievements are a fun way for me to kill the time when waiting for my guild members to log on for the raid to start.
I got the World Explorer achievement just opening up the maps when i was waiting for raids to start.
Only thing i know for sure that achievements do is they open recipes for cooking after you complete certain ones.
@eric...however it's been a few months since your post and everyone who reads it is just /facepalm i feel the need to say xD there is no addon it comes with the achivements built ingame it's called*tracking*

What addon is he using to see how much he has left to make achievements? He is always counting down, or is it by memory? Does anyone know??
