At the end, Zand looks to his right and asks Juggy "how many bosses are left?" and without getting a vocal answer, he immediatly says "One left" after having faced Juggy. My guess is that its rather obvious that Juggy is there, yet his identity must remain secret, probably for his line of work.

Just a heads-up. When using the pet to tank, MD is your best friend, may help a little.
One other thing with this fight, it's a pain. Basically it's a 5v5, so there's no threat to hold, good luck is all I can say.
