Project Lore WotLK Beta 1.9

Project Lore goes up and up and up in the winding stairway maze in Utgarde Keep in the WotLK beta. They fight a few new monsters and then find the location of the second boss encounter in Utgarde Keep.

Our poll about trash mobs has almost 2000 votes already, so vote now to let your voice be heard

There's no armory for the beta servers, so here are links for the live characters: Dorkins, Goggins, Lylelovett, Shnoobins, and Juggynaut. In the Wrath of the Lich King beta, Shnoobins went arcane and Juggynaut specced elemental.

@ Dorkins:

/stopcasting

should end the auto attack if you get sucked into it because you use an attack macro.

Can place it at the end of the macro or just a separate macro.

Correction, it's /stopattack you want... stopcasting is for spellcasters. :)

granted /stop... w/e works but its a pain in the ass

Its the act of clicking ur macro that causes it to attack the next target, simple when stuff is gonna die stop spamming the hell outta ur poor button and be ready to stop!

its in the mechanics to target a new creature if you are attacking without a target, though it takes a lot of casts think how many are in each macro!

Proof: stand infront of a mob in ' tab' range then start spamming away you will target it and begin casting regardless of the fact you did not previously have a target!

I noticed that the hunter Dorkin's i think is how he spells it, had auto shot on, and didnt know how to turn it off. All you have to do is go into the options and turn the autoshot off, i think it should be under the combat section but i'm not 100% sure about that.

I believe tanks will top 25k health because back in classic wow you were a top tank if you hit 14k and now in your t6 gear ive seen a warr at 22k i believe we will be well into the high 20s if not low 30s for tank at lvl 80 espically with that +100 stam gem now lol

Dorkins, try this macro for pulling to a trap:

#showtooltip
/cast arcane shot(rank 1)
/stopcasting

Go to your interface options and click the option that does not hit an enemy while switching targets and shooting at the same time. I'm a hunter and this is pretty helpful not getting aggro.
