I have just recently done this boss on HC. i found that i makes this MUCH easyer if the melee DPS quickle unequip weapons as he casts, then re-equipes as he finishes. this causes their dps in "clone" form to be MUCH lower, and makes i easyer for the other party members (e.g healer mainly) to kill.

Did this today. It is so fun. We all hated the healer who just spammed flash heals and for the other dps they had 2 face to healers spam flash heal and mind flay. Didn't make a change for the tank he was already insane. good job.
hmm wonder what will happend if you are able to solo it...
