it is a great boss fight most definately, just a few notes on the insanity though. While insanity is occuring boss will just do nothing but is also incapable of taking damage. Obviously ur friends turn into cloned foes, but they do not have the same stats as the actual player. They will have less health but use a CPU UI to figure out there jobs respective of that in each player. Such as Juggy, it gathers the information that Juggy has done the most healing thus his clone becomes a healer. Its always best to kill the healer 1st. (in my case being a resto shammy, its like every1 suddenly hates me lol)

oh yeah also to add as each one of those clones die, u come closer to being with ur actual friends who can assist in killing what is left. Theoretically, i believe it works as to like when there is only one out of 4 of its own clones are alive which creates a link, but this link cant be complete unless all of one persons foes are all dead to prevent the occurence of more than one clone

of the same person

Great episode guys. I love that fight. Definitely one of my favorites. Though it's kind of lame trying to survive when I've got 4 people killing me. I play a holy priest.

I personally think that may be one of my favorite boss fights. It's just interesting how you have to kill each other off during insanity.

Is anyone else's video just stopping during play?

Very cool episode, but I have to disagree with Jeff's comment about some of the mobs being Halo-ish. To me, nearly the whole instance is more like something out of an H.P. Lovecraft story - with the Faceless, the Old Gods, even the being driven insane part of the last fight.

Other than that, very fun today. Love how everyone was so over the top and goofy. :)

LMAO! I have been waiting this whole OK episode series for that fight! Anyone else hear Juggy say "im not telling you anything about this fight...." LOL!

I have to agree, this is one of my fav boss fights and i remember my first attempt... My PuG did not warn me about what goes on! the first time insanity happened i just ran around in circles away from the clones! Definite feeling of insanity!

Good episode guys!

that boss is so much harder on hc when every1 has awsome dps and awsome healing. So hard to do when you are a tank

*ROFLMAO* I so want to do this now!

The final boss fight is an example of Blizzards new "Phasing" technology. During Insanity, the programing actually puts you into your own game (a lot like instancing) and creates "visages" of your teammates that you must destroy, but only you can see. Once the copies in your personal phase are toast, you enter one of your teammate's phases and help out until all 5 are in the same phase, which is when the boss is again damageable. This phasing technology can be seen in other aspects of Wrath including the Wrathgate and the Shadow Vault sub-zones. Really cool stuff.

Haha, remember when i did this on my mage...
This last boss is really great!

and something great is that they have some spooky story, the forgotten ones...

The last quest i ever did in WotLK before hitting the cap (80 lol), was placing bombs in icecrown, when i set the bombs off, it said the floor broke and i fell down VERY deep inside icecrown citadel...
Down there it was like tons of forgotten ones, and a ghost of a little boy who warned me for someone - "He is going to get you. You must hide."

As i had another quest (Storm peaks i think)...
When i released a forgotten one after soloing a "Boss" with 50k hp.
In the cave that i helped the forgotten one, i heard "Unknown voice whispers:"

Saying that "He" was going to get me, and he was waiting.

Is this "He"?
