WoWFlix: Boom De Yada WoW
As fast as it's spreading around the internet, you've probably seen the hot new machinima by Irdeen Prodcutions at this point, but if you haven't, then you're in for a pretty big treat!
By no means is it the longest or the most ambitious of World of Warcraft-themed videos out there. There's neither a grand story to tell, nor a hint of "Crawling In My Skin" playing over a reel of Arthas footage. But boy is this Discovery Channel-inspired piece set to the tune of Hoagy Carmichael's "Heart and Soul" impressive.
With "WoW Boom De Yada," tour Azeroth as its most famous denizens describe how much they love living there. It's enough to make even the darkest heart flutter (and you might even break into song yourself):
(Catch any uselss faction leaders?)
Now, after watching that, you might be wondering why your copy of World of Warcraft doesn't look that nice! As it turns out, Irdeen didn't do anything particularly different from other machinima creators out there, but his clever and skillful use of filters makes Azeroth look as vibrant and lively as it's ever been. To give you an idea of the process, he's also posted a video showing how he put together several of the scenes:
Now that you're in the mood, readers, let us know what it is about Azeroth that you love so much?

:D That just made getting up at ass-o-clock for work TOTALLY worth it. *good mood*
I love the Storm Peaks. Seriously and like burning. They were my favourite place to level in all of 1-80.
Ah, nice to see the Discovery Channel song making the rounds again ^_^
Yeah, Storm Peaks was a tightly crafted zone with a great storyline (leading up and through Ulduar)! The only problem was having to fly back and forth for some of the Sons of Hodir questlines on an alt without an epic mount.
nice, i like the Prophet's line, i like the way we land *boom*
that was good and funny
lol that was funny but nice
BARNABY!
I have to agree.
I love the whole world....of warcraft.
Hahahaha, love it. Nice and witty. Great to see someone still out there being original, but still keeping current of what's going on in WoW: such as Hellscream kicking Thrall off to be Warchief :P
Love this vid.
This may be the greatest WoW Machinima ever.
Also, OXHORN! <3
