The reason jeff is lacking in the dps department is because he is in greens / blues whereas the other guys are in epics :P so his dps is obviously gunna be bad anyway he was prot so he stands where the tanks stand as he is used to so, i suppose he just needs to break the old habbit. and to Jeff what is the UI addon? it looks awesome.

Guys did great job for first attempt, just few points for those whom are watching for knowledge on the last boss event.

First phase is a teaser for the final phase constructed to give your party a feel for the pain that is forth coming.

Roar:
Unavoidable, however stopcasting when he roars to prevent the large global cooldown caused by interrupting your spell, can be quite painful if he interrupts a heal, and your heals are locked out for 6 sec.

Dark smash:
You saw own poor old Geoff (apologies if your name aint spelt in this manner) get owned by within the first moments of the encounter. This is a 30 yard frontal cone. Similar to the mechanics of say the mage spell cone of cold, it has 2 second cast so when he starts casting move to his rear, yes this includes the tank.

Axes: Simply dodge them =)
