nice strat guys, I might have to tell my friends about that one, since they do it the hard way in the room. Very good. ^^ Can't wait until the next one comes out! Want to see how you guys handle the final one in here, he's really easy though so you shouldn't have much effort exerted into it.

Even when u tank him on his room in the platform he's pretty easy, and i think he will go down faster since u don't have to wait for him. Just put a dps on each of the 2 adds to kill them when they spawn. With my warlock i kill them in about 2-3 hits (8k-ish Shadowbolts)

I know that as a tank I much prefer keeping him on the platform. The way my groups usually run it is to have him tanked in place (no waiting on the teleport) and, as the previous poster stated, just assign a DPS to each add spawn. The adds have relatively low health (5000 or so), so they can be taken out by any competent DPS. It is quickest to have ranged DPS on the adds, so they don't need to move when the adds spawn (just re-target and blast away), however it works fine to have melee dps on the adds also. In my opinion the tanking on the platform is much better all around, as it is faster AND easier for the tank. However, as you have shown here, both ways do work.

what would be nice is when blizzard gonna make pet stop following target when they end up in los. like when laj teleport himself.

I have fought him both ways now, and i must say that it is much easier to just tank him on the platform and have ranged or melee dps take the adds out. There is less moving around, and when he teleports it has no real effect.

When the adds spawn and you are in the room, they almost always target the healer though, so the dps assigned to teh adds needs to be ready. Although the adds do not hit at all hard so a healer would have time to get a heal off after and not have a problem. My main is a Paladin healer, and i tend to place myself between the two add stations on the upper level of teh room, so i have no LOS issues.

I agree with Kilcanon about the add/dps thing, we always do it with Laj on the platform and just dpsing the adds, cos if dps is good there must be only 2 maybe 3 waves of ads coming which go down pretty fast if the dps is ready for them and of course for that job it's recommended to have a ranged class like hunter and/or a mage, which ones you fortunatly have.

I would like to add though that you knowledge of other classes like warlock could be improved Dr. Darkyyy :)

I gotta say your tactics on bosses is like retarded since the adds die from like one fire blast or arcane shot.

if u have lock u can have a lock fear and dot the adds, and just keep teh plant where he starts. makes picking him up easy and helps keep dps going.

I want to point out that the Gene-Splicers cast Death and Decay and especially on heroic, people need to get out of there ASAP. It's an AOE (like consecration) and hits for MAJOR damage.

On Laj, in the room you can basically just nuke the adds, they go down pretty fast. Mages can use ice lance and pyroblast, for example, hunters have it easy, and other classes but melee won't have a problem. This is more stress on the healers though, as the adds do damage.

I noticed in the vid the adds did come any way, but this way it's easier for melee to nuke them as well, so good job.

On the DPS subject, should maybe have mentioned the importance threat meters, like Omen or KTM.

i remember farming this boss a while ago, wanted the Plate Shoulders from him for my prot pala, did 10 runs before i finally got them :P never gone Bot again ^^
