its funny that the minute they step into a raid people come out of the bushes flexing their e-peens and are pokin fun and givin them pointers or tips, i think they should reserve that for when and IF they do something like SSC or the eye, as kara, gruuls, mags are all just hunks of easy shiz, i mean for the seasoned WoW player (and at this point in time with welfare epics) kara isnt such a big deal guys, i think they can AFFORD to not know tips and tricks as no one really needs things from kara aside from the badges, and as its been stated before, these fellas are experienced in the second tier of raids.

Lordy, less tips more begging for longer episodes, this is meant to entertain us, and it is! but only for a couple of minutes.

@Sefeth
"as no one really needs things from kara aside from badges"
that, sir (or ma'am), is a complete lie. yes, you can get badge gear that's better than kara gear. but think of it really - you cant upgrade EVERYTHING that you get from kara. there are trinkets, idols, librams, totems, weapons, etc that you're not going to upgrade until T5/T6 content.
and to agree with you now: yes, longer episodes please. it bores me to raid kara, and it bores me to watch it. i honestly level my alt while just listening to the video play. kill 2 birds with 1 stone some might say.

it just makes me sad when i realize that the video is over and i've been listening to white noise for that last 10 minutes.

i was thinking while i was watching your wonderful shows.. what do you all do for a living and what did you do before you started with projectlore? and as a prot warrior myself i relly want to say to lyle..Awsome tanking :).. not to be rude to the other guys but you are deffenatly my favorite :).. and i watched the wrap up where you took up the multi tanking issue.. a good thing i have used alot is cleave when tanking two targets and dont have to switch target ( if you are not a big fan of "tab" that is) i wish you all the luck in the future and keep up the great shows :)..

Offtopic: What does PDT mean? I don't find a site to convert to GMT. I really hate to not know when the video is on.

Sorry for this.

Nice work.

You make it look so easy.

Omg, I'm from Romania, which is +2 hours from UTC , that make a huge gap. May I suggest to show the hour of the release in UTC sistem for world wide, also PDT/PST for US?!?!

If Kara wasn't still at least slightly a big deal to these guys, DrDark would not have been calling for a reset on the bad Maiden pull. The experienced raiders who are posting to offer suggestions (not the ones who are posting solely to bash on them) have been able to tell that the PL guys are still taking Kara seriously, at least on some level, even though their raid certainly has the gear to blast through Maiden (for example). There's nothing wrong with this; it's better to be careful in an instance you're not completely familiar with. That's why people are posting to help them with that background knowledge of the instance.

As for pointers on rotations, etc., that sort of thing is going to help them in ANY raid instance. Kara is really the first opportunity that we've had to see what these guys are really doing in terms of rotations and such, since the bosses live longer than a 5m instance boss would. If people didn't care and didn't want to see these guys improve, then they wouldn't bother posting, or they'd do it in a less constructive way.

Little tip: when she does repentance, keep the healers close to eachother and have the tank run towards the healers so that the holy ground knocks them out of repentance.
Good episode keep it up

Im sorta suprised that you don't use deadly boss mode?
Or well if you do, then you're not really utilizing it, with the add on the raid would know about repentance 3-5 secs before its cast giving the healers and ranged dps time enough to move into the aoe and have it dispelled like the melee dps.

Just a thought..

Love the show guys. Great to have new poeple watch to understand how to properly run an instance. I do have one suggestion though.....for the tanks......i have created an addon that allows you your own "DPS Meter" type of information. Its clean and small. Google search "Zinks Defense Meter". Once again, LOVE the show!

I enjoyed the vid very much. As a newer player, I would like to have more detail about what you do, without taking away the excellent information on the boss. Your videos have shown me that the real game begins after level 60. Thanks! Lilliah

Just a little comment about the fecundity thing. I'm sure you may have been told this by now, but I looked it up and fecundity has almost nothing to do with feces. It means the ability of an organism to reproduce, so it wouldnt be throwing feces around, just fertility, which now that I think about it relates to healing just as much as flinging poo, lol.

It is very sad that Jerry Trainer left Project Lore. I do enjoy Jeff being on the show but Jerry and it was cool having a celebrity on (i realize Alex did the totally rad show but i had never seen it before at the time i started watching PL). It is even more of a shame that he gave it up for I-Carly, the only solace I have is that it was for the money. I-Carly has very low-brow or unnecessary random humor and a laugh track that is a throwback to fail 1980's laugh tracks. I realize that young audience find this funny, but if I had children I would be disappointed to see them laughing at that blond girl saying "whizz-pants" followed by a chorus of fake laughs telling the audience what they should like. And isn't I-Carly supposed to appeal to "teenagers"?

@ Dreåd

Look at the original air date.

And leave your hate some some other site.

PL is awesome, and long may it provide WoW info to us all.

one day... I'm sure they will return... with new shows and more laughs.

Rock On PL!
