Ya nalthe you FAIL, on a lighter note im loving seing you guys making kara entaining for me agane seems like a long time since it was, stupid badge grinding! :P

So, I guess the point of these vids is to show you the bosses in Kara, instead of being a guide to help people raid.

The only attempt at strategy I see is "this is what the boss does, but we don't have to worry about it because we are all decked out in tier 4 or better gear."

I don't think that people who are trying to get into Kara or having trouble with a boss would be helped by this at all. If it is a guide then I believe it would be much more helpful to play with mostly Blue gear, and then show that it can still be beaten, by coordinating and using strategy.

I actually hate the Maiden boss. That Holy Ground buff happens with such frequency that my enhance shaman can have trouble getting off Stormstrike or a shock spell, despite the fact that they're instants. Heck, even laying down totems can be a bit of a chore. >_>

Should also mention that in the maiden fight the consecration ring from the boss will also silence for 1/2 a second every tic. I really enjoy watching you guys go thru Kara and look forward to watching more episodes.

i got just a little tip (especially for the healers) at maiden:
when she is going to do Repentance (if you have deadly boss mod add-on you can see it) move into the holy ground and then you wont get stunned because you get the damage from the holy ground
It is just a little damage but the healer can do his/her job properly without getting stunned

While I enjoyed the past weeks episode, I have to agree with Keith Williams.

It would be nice if you guys went into the strategies for fighting these bosses a little more, and delved into their attacks / spells with a lot more detail before and during the fight.

I've done Kara a ton of times and have it down pat, but for the newbies (which I am assuming are who these videos are for) a more detail oriented strategy guide would be more helpful.

Wait a minute. Did Alex say he has a druid? Why haven't we seen it? I thought he said a few episodes back, that they didn't have one for Sethekk Halls.

I have to side with Keith and Walls. You mention all these attacks they do, but not how to counter them if you are just barely kara keyed. More strategy, less OP.

When you all make a mistake, as you did in the hallway pull, maybe describe how it SHOULD have been done...

Regardless, I'm having fun watching!

In sethek alex said he had a druid but don't remember the level he said it was, i think that he was in the 6Xs

Since the guild I used to be in was too small to run bigger raids we've run Kara about 30-40 times.
Here's some random advice I have on this boss:

-If you are a healer using a pvp trinket when under the influence of repentance will get you out of repentance.
-If you are a melee dps and your taking a lot of damage it may be a good idea to step back and bandage.
(Generally mellee dps is bad for Kara. You may need a rogue for kicking during the romeo and juliet fight)
-If everyone is on the first step than its is easier for the healers to remove the holy fire dot.
-Dont start this fight off with HOTs = Wipe

Wow. It's like you were trying to speak english or something. Come on, give it another try. I know you can do better this time!

Well too start off if you have a pally healer they can use Blessing of Sacrifice to basicly able to heal through the Repentance. If you dont have a Pally Healer just like all other post you can just walk in and walk out once out of Repentance. Rember the Blessing of Sacrifice only last 30Sec so keep that buff up make sure it does not run out.
We Kill Maiden in about 2min easy. But i love the shows dont get me wrong there nice too see what each boss does and how other ppl go around killing them. Everyone has there own way and im not dishing you way, you got her down that the main part.

you guys realize you can take the holy fire out of the fight almost completely right? grounding totem works for that.
