Project Lore WotLK Beta 1.5

Project Lore regroups and strategizes on how to kill the first boss in Utgarde Keep, Prince Keleseth. Will they tank and spank this new boss or get wiped again by him and his undead minoins? Watch and find out in this episode of Project Lore.

Here are the armory links on the live servers for the characters in this episode: Dorkins, Goggins, Lylelovett, Shnoobins, and Juggynaut. Shnoobins decided to go with arcane for the Wrath of the Lich King beta and Juggy specced elemental.

Alright that was great, but im thinking... You guys had alot of trouble at the first boss in the first (?) instance in northrend, and ur epic geared. that will make normal geared players who just got to 70-71 ish have alotta trouble in there, wont it?

But yeah it was great ;)

rude alex, it was a blood elf male(animation) and "Prince" yet you call him a she.
Btw....could that maybe be Prince Kael'thas who got raised from the dead? a blood elf prince, name is a bit similar, "kel"iseth, the hair looks similar and a mage turned in warlock/necromancer isn't that odd of a transformation, considering he was already calling up demons

Interesting how the first boss in a 70 Wrath instance is a pure tactics check instead of being simply a push over. Its also a testament as to Blizzards stance on AoE tanking with not only paladins but warriors as well(and presumably Death Knights... haven't seen them tank yet). I'm liking that aspect a lot with the PvE side of things.

These shows are simply outstanding, gentlemen. The production values are superb! Bravo!

BUT (and there's always a but, eh?) PLEASE try something else for Juggy's audio - don't know if you are feeding it direct or what, but it sure SOUNDS like you are just using a room/ambient mic to pick it up or something - muddy and hard to hear when he is the only one speaking, nearly-to-actually unintelligible if more than one person is talking.

Great vid, kinda short tho.... OH, by the way Dorks, you ould have got out of the frost tomb yourself!! just put down an explosive trap, stand on it and if the tomb comes up, the trap comes into play. Bi

wondering what alexis will say, does she have beta key too?

September 12, 2008 | Unregistered CommenterReyson

What are the stats on the computers y'all use?

September 12, 2008 | Unregistered CommenterSmirl

Balancing seems kind of off, maybe it's a beta thing.

I mean, you guys are over-geared/over-powered for those trash mobs, but on the first mob you almost wiped the second time.

Great production value on these movies.

Only thing that bothers me is how worked up you guys seem to get over such an entry level encounter.

He's level 70 and he's still wearing leather.. hmmm.

Good episode. I still want 20-30 minute episodes! :)

at the skeletons ele shaman could have used thunderstorm to push them back , then mage could use frost nova and freeze them in place and tank could just step away from the skeletons to avoid some dmg taken.

Anyway, keep up the good work and i can't wait to see more episodes.

U guyz r freakin' NOOOBS!!

oh god my sound card was being a bitch so i couldn't watch this until today. >.< well after it was already broadcast. sons of a shoepuff. Anyway, bad ass. Good to see you guys beat HIM finally, haha. Its always fun to come up with a strategy on the fly and then have it work. Though must admit could've gone smoother.

I love Goggins freaking out whenever he was in the tomb. Especially in the end when Alex was talking, "how about we get me out of the frost tomb? the point is to get me out of the frost tomb!" it was hilarious. :P

I have a quick question: What is the addon that Dorkins has that shows when his abilities are ready and displays their icon on the screen?(e.g. Kill Command is ready!) I have been looking everywhere and cannot find one like that. If anyone can tell me this that would be great.
