I have ideas but I wouldn't consider myself any expert, so I'm not sure about applying. The guidelines are not a problem either for me. I do websites and graphic design with 3D images, also love to write and am on a reliable net support.
Ideas I have for helping or making Project Lore better would include a Raid Leader recording what Raid Leaders are responsible for, going through a raid and breaking down the focus points. Just how to be a better Raid Member.
Also, everyone knows of Instances and run them, it's not really a fresh concept, but PL does it in a way that appeals to an audience. Opening the field from instances to little things like where to find the Paris Hilton of WoW, or the Mario and Luigi characters, just funny things that' would make people laugh.
I love PL but I don't believe I could commit to the blogging scene just yet.
Sadly all of my WoW related stuff is audio.
But to anyone applying, please please please have a deep horde background and show these alliance guys what they're missing.
Okay, I have been playing World of Warcraft for a longtime, since March 8, 2005; and I am also a PHP Web Developer, and for people who do not know what that is basically it is the next level above HTML. I am only interested in being a blogger for Project Lore.
I am just concerned about one thing; I am only 15 years of age, and I am not sure if you guys would be interested in someone who is under 18.
Sadly i'm not great at writing blogs, or else i would totally drop off an application. But for whoever Project Lore decides to pick it would be nice if that person had some experience writing up reference material aswell, not just blogs. I used to look to the Game Guide section of this site for very useful information, but now i find i have read it all lol. Also i'm sure other ppl out there might benifeit from all the new content that could undoubtably be written. (a guide to inscription just to pop an example. :P )
```GL to all who apply!
I love Project Lore and i have good idea's that could make the site better, but what are the requirements that need filling. I mean age wise, and by knowledge of basic html if you mean to make macros and such or more extensive work?
I have all of those requirements. HTML is easy. But, I'm only 14. =(
When will you notify the selected people?
Hello Projcet Lore! I send an application an email a few weeks ago for this position and a few follow up emails, I'm just curious what the status of my application is!
Thanks guys and keep up the great work!!
Hey!
If i was old enough i would definatly like to but unfortunatly where i liv i am not. But i do have a great idea for the show! Prehaps you could get a horde team of project lore'ers to do the horde side of the show and u could concentrate on the Alliance side of things. i do play a level 80 draenei shammy, but recently switched to a blood elf death knight which is why i would suggest the horde thing.
But anyways,
Great show guys keep up the good, no not good, EXCELENT show!
What I can give:
- A knowledge of and passion for World of Warcraft
- A computer with fast, reliable internet access
- Eligibility to work, wherever you’re writing from
- Knowledge of basic HTML (iffy, can't do much more than code text stuff like bold, italics, etc.)
Reasons I wouldn't apply:
- I suck very badly at writing.
- I am no good at "describing" the process of how to do something unless I am right there with the person, so my "help" would be sadly limited.
- I have no photo/screenshot editing things and would have no idea how to use them.
Good luck to all who DO apply, I hope you get in. =D
