I find that the best way for me to find the wine is to fly into the Horde area, fly into the Horde inn (without getting ported out by the guards) and steal their wine.
For some reason, the Horde always have a ton. I guess they don't like to cook?

My fav's were the Kalu'ak ones actually if only for some of the gear/weapons and of course the Epic fishing rod (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=44050) and Pengu http://www.wowhead.com/?item=44723) .
Your fishing got along fine judging by your armory page but you shouldn't miss out on it, 30+ fishing is nice .
3 dailies each worth 500 rep. a piece make it very easy.
No tabard though but those mellowed- out Walrus types don't care much about "world" affairs. I still 'love 'em though.
Almost have my fishing maxed but I also cook so the fish will come in handy for special bufffood.

Dorkins didn't mention it, but another cooking daily needs rhino dogs. So get a few stacks of rhino meat in the bank too.

I usually just raid the Horde inn for the glasses. If you skim the ground on your flier, you can usually make it inside without getting ported out.

Upstairs in the Lounge also has three spawn points for this wine. Another is in beside Kathrine Lee and if you go upstairs of the cheese place you'll find a couple more spawn points.
@ Bellwether: I do so believe the Horde don't have the same cooking daily as Alliance do. Thus they aren't picking them up. However, the spawn points are still active.
