ya, tank the boss in the doorway where you pull the first trash, and have the hunters and juggy on the ledge across the water behind the tank. and lyle and jeff will have no problem with the adds at the doorway. jeff might possibly die, but it will make this boss ez-mode for yall, takes the adds longer to get to the range if at all, and start the face melting, and jeff if your not seal of the maytr does the most dps of the seals, and the damage u take is miniuscal to what youll push out, i've got up to 13k judgements with 25man raid buffs. keep up the good work....zurcswife,garona.

to get it right, healer and ranged dps stay in the doorway don't enter the room, tank pull the boss to thec circular room right below the stairs that you entered the room from turn boss to face the room, melee hit it from behind, as soon as you see the poison come up ( wich is a cast that then persist for a few secs, cast bar goes up, poison starts then goes down again slowly. ) all run up the stairs out of the room behind the wall Including the tank. After he finishes ( around 5 sec ) tank go back in grab threat reposition boss. 1 dps aoe the snakes comming up to the healer wich is positioned right into the doorway. Rest on boss.

Or just zerg it, forget about running away, nuke the boss like crazy. And bring a good healer. I did this in a pug three or 4 days back, with no strats at all, just a full nuke. Can't say it was relaxed, but i simply healed through it. Only lost a rogue in the last seconds of the fight. That does require a healer to live though, wich i managed curtesy of a nice mage spamming aoe around me.

gratz on hitting 80 guys :D

March 9, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterRobojessus

I loved Jeff's comments at the beginning. Just awesome.
Also I'm really pleased to see that you guys aren't spoiling the boss fights by telling us which attempt is the kill anymore. Really like that. It's great to see you're so keen to polish your product here, gotta say I appreciate it. Keep up the the good work.

Hey easiest way to kill that boss is to as others said, make the hunters and heal go halfway up the ramp at the beginning so they can see into the boss room. Now here is the difference from what they said above and its really easy to do. Have the tank back him to the doorway on the right side, when he is casting the aoe, have the tank and melee dps tuck around the door which line of sights him and causing the poisen to miss both the tank and dps. Just reestablish threat and take him down.

Good luck guys gundrak is alot of fun and for my Melee dps buddy the last boss Gal'darah drops a ring called Hemorrhaging Circle. Sick nast dps ring +49 agility, +51 stamina, Equip: increases expertise raiting by 33 and attack power by 100

Vanity pet...that's awesome. I just found out about you guys through BRK. I like the site, keep it up. Perhaps, Dorkins and BRK need a little one on one.

Awesome intro change, that was a good thing to do!
great episode :)

March 10, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterRichard

glad to see you guys have moved away from all the CC and are marking then just dpsing the groups down. Makes for much smoother trash. also....being a healer on the first boss in gundrak SUCKS. skipping him and kiting him across the instance after you've killed the next 2 bosses is hands down the easiest way to kill him imo. no adds at all makes the fight pretty trivial. anyway, thanks and keep up the good work. =)
