Extremely Rare NEW Coren Direbrew Loot: BoE and iLevel 226

I've heard quite a few tales of players getting both the Kodo and Ram mounts from the Brewfest boss in BRD. What I haven't heard mentioned at all was a piece of loot that dropped on my 20th (and final) run for today: the Tankard O' Terror. The slow one-handed mace is not only higher item level than any other loot from Direbrew, but is also BoE. Since googling the term showed no results, I figure it must be an extremely rare drop.The stats on it are actually very good for a melee, especially an enhancement shaman. Not only that, but it looks amazing. A huge mug that is acutally useful in combat? Very nice. Almost as good as an overflowing chalice or a broken beer bottle.
Anybody else seen unexpected items come off of our old friend Coren? I have yet to nab a Kodo from him so I'll likely be spending more time piling the floor with his corpses. For all of the times I've already killed the guy, this drop was quite the surprise. Maybe there is reason for people to go in there, even after they have all of the trinkets they can handle.

I love the tank trinket he drops, so fun. Still wanting a kodo however :(
I saw it drop on one of my brother's runs, and those'll sell for a lot of gold on Malfurion. Not just because it's a i226, but also a collectible.
Man I want a Brew-FAST mount so bad, and thats a pretty badass mace, I want it now :)
First 5 people i run with, ram AND the remote drops, as well as a cool BoP 55 lvl item from randon trash
I lost it all
It's not actually a super-rare drop, but it was only hotfixed tonight (Monday) on the loot table to drop properly.

Sounds like someone in your party got bored and decided to break open those kegs. :lol:
20 times in one day? Why would a group take someone without the summon unless you are either lieing to them or stupid.
Or you are running it on 4 different toons.
I hope it's the latter.
This dropped on my first run in there, as well as the Kodo. Was a lucky night for me. I won both of them!

iLvl 200....but I wouldn't mind killing things with a broken bottle :)
@ Dan Well dan some people do it for fun although it was probably the latter i know i brought along a 70 who wanted to come along and nobody seemed to mind looseing one try * might have been because the dailys was about 9 mins from reseting though*
The Kodo dropped this morning for me on our 3rd time killing him and everyone was like wow it acctualy dropped, after about 10 seconds of tension and pressin need it went to the healer, with me rolling a 2, and as everyone was grtzing her i couldn't help but feel that i would never see it drop again
Ya it dropped for me on my Druid and i won it. So i hurried to dal to start spamming traid to sell it in the AH on my server they were for 2.7k i sold mine for 2k Ive been told its about the same drop rate as the Kodo or Ram.
This droped the same time as the ram dropped i dident win either of them =(
We had the Kodo Monday morning and some nice trinkets, i didnt get a win but good times!!
I managed to pick this up last night somewhere around our 20-25th run. Also picking up the shanker, and all the trinkets. We had 3 mount drops but unfortunately the /rolls were not in my favor.
Seemed like a pretty rare drop considering we didn't see it again in our somewhere between 200-250 attempts before the daily re-set.
And yes you read that right, we made over 200 attempts in about 2 hours. How is this possible?? We were managing an attempt about every 8-10 mins. using a glitch in the daily cap that allowed one person to summon an infinite number of times by zoning in and out of the instance after each kill.
Set up a mage/lock on musical portal/summon, lather, rinse, repeat.
GOT IT.

To do it more than 5 times daily:
Have a bunch of really sweet guildmates with alts.
This just dropped for me, but I lost the roll. I told them I rolled need because I'd actually use it, and the guy who won the roll had a heart and gave it to me ^_^ Now i just need another 1h weapon to go with it. tempted to buy another one of these.. Btw, whats the addon used in the pic? Never seen it and it could save alot of my time
I got the kodo so far, aiming for ram, but if i get this it may just get me enough gold for my epic flying training. but then again, i could save it for my DK since i'ma have the DW, but screw that
Well I had that and the Brew fest Ram drop for me on my run today :). And for anyone who runs this over and over I hear it drops ocassionly. But one great thing about it is depending upon your server...you can make 1000 gold to 2000 gold. I put mine on the AH on Andorhal just today and the minimum was 1,500 gold. I have had every trinket drop and I can tell you that The stopwatch and the trinkets that give 170 stam are the best. Better than that is being 77 I have great trinket gear for 80. SO I say keep tryin for the mount and tankard (it's only a matter of time+Effort).
I had 2 tankard O' Terror drop in 1run of 5 summons =\ 2 people weren't in are guild my guild won both of them ^.^
I got now 5 Tankards, 2 for enhancement Shaman, 2 for DW DK and 1 for Combat rogue. 4 of them are drops and 1 I bought.
Also have Kodo and Ram on my main and one alt has kodo and other ram :)
