Karazhan, No Drop Love

SpitebladesSo here's the question, is it still worth RAIDing if you don't get any loot? I think it is but man does it suck! With all the time it takes to get a group together. Not enough healers, too many healers, no off tank, too many tanks. We don't have the group make up for ZA let's do Kara.

So the stage was set for a nice Kara run. There are a few good drops in there I haven't got yet so I'm really excited. We easily down Huntsman, Morose, Maiden, Curator and Shade... then we get trapped in Shades room! Really, door won't open? Crap! Then our lock DC'd!!! And our group fell like a deck of cards. I just want Spiteblade!!!

Was fun though, so what do you think?

With the addition of badge drops on every raid boss, it's worth it to raid, all the time, every time.

Loots are nice, but with the new badge gear from SSO (Shattered Sun Offensive), I took my pally from barely surviving heroix to being ready for Mount Hyjal/Black Temple - without setting foot in SSC or TK.

Badges, Alex, Badges! As Anileon said, the new badge gear is T5-T6 equivalent. Even when you've gotten all you need from badge gear, you'll be ready to run through ZA. Once your gear is steady enough for the later 25 mans, kara and ZA will get you badges to put epic gems in all that mad lootz.

I definately think it is worth it. My main is a level 70 druid. Even though I have better gear than kara, I am constantly getting gear for offspecs, and you gotta love the badges.

Also, kara happens to be my favorite instance (outside of the 25 mans)
